Material Options
- OFHC Copper (C10100/C10200): Standard option for ultra-clean and cryogenic environments.
- Silver-Plated Copper: Optional coating improves demountability and reduces risk of flange galling.
- Annealed Copper: For softer sealing where lower torque is needed or uneven surfaces are present.
Applications
Used in vacuum chambers, beamlines, synchrotrons, UHV test setups, and other environments requiring leak-tight, metal-only seals. Especially suitable for systems where elastomer seals are not permitted due to temperature or outgassing concerns.
