Type K Thermocouple Vacuum Feedthrough | -200 to 1200 °C

The Alpha Technology Type K Thermocouple Vacuum Feedthrough carries accurate temperature measurement from inside a vacuum chamber to your controller, using a true ceramic-to-metal hermetic seal rather than epoxy. Type K (NiCr-NiSi) is the workhorse of vacuum processing — from semiconductor equipment and thin-film deposition to furnaces and cryogenic test rigs.

FAQ

What is the difference between Type K and Type C thermocouple feedthroughs?

Type K (NiCr-NiSi) covers -200 to 1200 °C and is the most common industrial choice. Type C (tungsten-rhenium) is for ultra-high temperature applications up to 2320 °C. We supply both — specify your process temperature range when requesting a quote.

Can you combine thermocouple pins with power or signal pins?

Yes, mixed pin configurations are available on custom feedthroughs. Our engineers will review your pin-out diagram and provide a custom layout.

What is the price?

Thermocouple feedthrough pricing depends on pair count, flange type and body material. Please request a quotation with your requirements for a custom price.
