SMA Coaxial Vacuum Feedthrough | 50 Ω, 1 GHz UHV

The Alpha Technology SMA Coaxial Vacuum Feedthrough preserves a controlled 50 Ω impedance across the vacuum boundary, so RF signals and fast pulses pass into your chamber without reflections. With transmission up to 1 GHz and a true ceramic-to-metal seal, it is the standard choice for plasma diagnostics, RF probes and high-frequency instrumentation in vacuum.

FAQ

What is the maximum frequency?

The SMA feedthrough transmits up to 1 GHz at 50 Ω. For higher frequencies or higher voltages, our N-Type (1 GHz) and SHV (up to 20 kV) series are available.

What is the difference between grounding and floating shield versions?

A grounding shield ties the outer conductor to the flange potential; a floating shield isolates it, which is useful where the chamber itself is at a different potential.

What is the price?

SMA feedthrough pricing depends on flange type, shield configuration and quantity. Please request a quotation for a custom price.
